We are pretty much an HP company and continually see mass amounts of 6161 errors. Our most common is this:TECMSG PFGDSMPRT*** The document Microsoft Word - Document42 owned by L910*** failed to print on printer DSM-HP9050-****. Data type: NT EMF 1.008. Size of the spool file in bytes: 0. Number of bytes printed: 0. Total number of pages in the document: 0. Number of pages printed: 0. Client machine: \1*2.*2.1**.2**. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 259. No more data is availableWith will also get print processor code 5 and 0. At times we start to get a flood of these and it will restart the print spooler on that server. Have work with HP and Microsoft for some time now with no resolution. Have upgraded drivers many times. Looking for answers, any comments or help is very much appriciated. If the user print settings are 'print direct to printer' or print after last page is spooled, does this make any difference? Just a wild guess, but HP printers do not behave well on the LAN, and often have protocols enabled that you may not need (IPX, appletalk).
