After I upgraded the program (I think) the icon broke. What I get now is what you see below; that ugly default application icon thing. If I unpin it, I get the correct icon. If I then right-click on it, the icon breaks again. If I pin it again, still the broken icon. Unpin again and back to good icon. Very annoying. Open Task Manager, go to Processes tab, highlight explorer.exe, and click End Process. Your desktop will "disappear." Still in Task Manger, select File > New Task (Run...), type explorer.exe, and click OK. Your desktop should reappear, with the previously missing icons. share|improve this answer edited Jun 12 '14 at 15:58 answered Nov 25 '12 at 1:10 Mark Berry 9481816 Genius...works. –Aerovistae Feb 17 '14 at 16:16 5 An anonymous user edited my answer to add "This works for Win 8.1 as well, just checked." I used DEL %userprofile%\AppData\Local\IconCache.db /a in

I had strings of file not found errors for a file named /battery/lipo/bcell.jpg 16 errors in the last two days alone! I windows 7 searched every page on my site for a link to bcell.jpg and couldn't find one. I searched RCGroups as well, but couldn't find any reference to a file named bcell.jpg. I couldn't figure out where the file reference was coming from. I finally found it by using the Stats function, looking at the most recent visitors. There it was. A forum named RobotWars had a post about the windows 7 taskbar Lipo fire info on my website. They had included two images in their post, but not as attachments, they were links. I originally had used the file name bcell.jpg when I first put the page up, but in later revisions I changed some of the filenames. Since I originally used that file name I was sure I had left a reference to it somewhere so was thrashing all my pages looking for it. Everytime someone went to that page in the RobotWars forum it would try to load the missing image. Since I couldn't edit the thread at RobotWars, I copied the active jpg file and named the copy bcell.jpg. That took care of the error finally, an extra copy of the image with the missing name did the trick. Just thought I would provide some FYI in case you ever encounter something similar. The bad file reference could be coming from just about anywhere, not necessarily from one of your pages. Check your recent visitors list to see who is trying to access the file so you can find the problem. Here are the current icon requirements from Apple. I could not see 120x120 appearing anywhere? Is this iOS 7 specific? Should I include an icon named Icon-120.png or something? Update: I added three icons to the resource folder (Icon-120.png : 120x120, Icon-76.png: 76x76 & Icon-152.png: 152x152), but it did not add them to the info.plist. The same warning email was received. I decided to not change anything and wait to see what would happen next. To my utter amazement, the app went into the review stage 20 hours later and was released on the market the very next day! Kind of makes me wonder how many Apple/Windows app review people lurk around here. iphone ios ios7 itunes share|improve this question edited Oct 9 '13 at 16:50 Charles 40k1069107 asked Sep 11 '13 at 9:06 Telkitty 1,6143816 so did you rejected your already uploaded Binary, mod
