If not, then try rearming the license - open an Elevated Command prompt window (use the same method) at the prompt, type cscript slmgr.vbs /rearm wait for it to finish (hopefully without an error!) - and reboot twice. Is there anyway that I can bypass this not enough quota error? I can't seems to perform any task other than to key in my product key which in this case is clearly not going to work. Any idea why is the product key that was on the COA sticker is deemed invalid? I don't get it because an OEM license is surely can't be used by another computer which nullify the possibility of being used by another user?
