I have tried what fixes I know of or can find online with no luck I will list what I have tried below. copying to good files from dll user 32.dll my main working win 7 machine and registering them --- error when trying to register them. running reg scan program that I normally use --- does not launch program due to the error. replacing registry with a version backup taken before this error existed.---- failed with unable to change registry error.(was run as admin at the time) sfc / scannow with various switches all seem to not work when launched from win 7 disk or from live OS. upgrade install on windows ---- gives me the error that the version of windows is newer that whats on the disk. re-install of sp1 ----does not launch installer due to the error.
