It said I had 51 updates needed, within seconds of pressing "try again" button, I get an error that says "80246008 Windows update encountered an unknown error." It says "get help with this error" when I click it, it sends me to a screen that helps me to make sure my Bits and windows event log are configured correctly in my Administrative tools section. It asks me to start the Bits and I get an error message that says "Windows could not start Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) on local computer Error 1068: The dependency serivce or group failed to start."
