Verify that the values that correspond to user Shell Folders are set correctly and have a valid value. Navigate to Start > Run, type 'regedit.exe', and then click OK.Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders.On the right hand side, verify that the values are the same as the values in the following table.
