I've tried chaging the authetications protocols to PAP, CHAP, MS-CHAP V2 with no success.. Also tried optional encription in the VPN settings. I suggest you try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue. 1. Temporarily uninstall firewall or antivirus program on the machine. 2. Upgrade the NIC driver to the latest one. If the issue persists, please bypass the router (if there is) and connect to DSL modem directly for a test.
