Also, have you checked your system for duplicate instances of psapi.dll ? If there are multiple versions, find the newest and register the DLL with regsvr32.exe as the message would suggest you are running with an old version that lacks the entry point identified in the message, or an old version has been registered and the newer one hasn't. You don't mention whether your Windows 7 is 64bit or 32bit. I did mine on 32bit, with the file from C:\Windows\System32. If you grabbed the file from a 64bit, try the 32bit - or vice versa. Check other systems to see if they are the same file (date,version,size) and if you find a different one - try that one instead. I've just found the package I had the success with, and it wasn't Oracle 10g, it was Oracle Discoverer 10 - but it was the same error message and .dll file, and the same .jar file name. If everything is correct, try running the install with ProcMon and see what files weren't bei
