Aldora310 Oct 6, 2012 6:41 AM (in response to kapilbtrivedi) I opened a pdf document in Adobe Reader X. When I attempted to scroll through the pages the following error message appeared, “There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading the document (110). After an Internet search to try to find the reason for the error and a solution, I came across a site that suggested it was an issue regarding the fonts of the document. I then reopened the document and went into the document's font properties (FILE - PROPERTIES - FONTS tab). There I noticed that the “Gathering font information" stopped at 2% which, of course, I took to mean that Adobe Reader X was having a difficult time in loading the font's information. Another site suggested opening the document in the pdf reader, Foxit. So I did, and the document loaded properly with no error messages. I was still curious as to why the document did not load entirely in Adobe Reader X and if the same problem would occur using a different reader. I then downloaded the pdf reader, Nitro Reader 2. I opened the same document and initially received the following message, “The requested page number is invalid and does not exist in this document." I closed the message and proceeded to scroll through the document. As I scroll

You should have a copy of the PDF that you downloaded in your downloads folder, if you'd like to hold on to that for archival purposes. If you purchase the FULL version of Acrobat (Standard or Professional) you will be able to Save (as long as the bank didn't include extra security in the document). This may be the case, but I save downloaded pdf documents in Reader all the time. This is the first time I've encountered this problem. The document I was trying to save was my monthly statement, not a form.I will contact the bank, since it may be a problem in the way they created this particular statement. There could be a transmission issue. Instead of just clicking the link to view the PDF. I know I've done this a lot with my B of A online statements. Acrobat 9: Error message 110: Doc could not be saved 2010-09-08 17:21:47 LisaToo Registered: Sep 8 2010 Posts: 1 Hello, I have been using https://acrobatusers.com/forum/general-acrobat-topics/acrobat-9-error-message-110-doc-could-not-be-saved/ new Acrobat Standard 9.3 for a few weeks. Having a problem with a certain pdf sent to me that was created in Acrobat 6. I can open and mark edits on the pdf but cannot save or resave it. I get this message: "The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (110)." Also, in that same pdf, several random pages adobe reader would not display or print the entire page; just about 1/4 of the way down looks and then the rest was blank white space. the pdf is a mix of text and table and charts. The three or four other people who have worked with this doc are all using Acrobat 6 and no one else is having the problems I am. The file is adobe reader error not read-only and has no security restrictions. Have tried saving as different name/in different location; opening directly from e-mail as attachment, opening Acrobat first then trying to access file; downloading from e-mail through Firefox; downloading from e-mail on a different computer through Internet Explorer. I have been working with this same group on several other pdfs, some much larger, with no problem at all. What is it about this particular one? Any thoughts? Much appreciated!! You would get a A6 pdf and open it in A8(9), work with it a bit, and when you tired to save it you get the 110. What I did was go to thumbnails (pages now) and copy all the pages to an existing A8(9) pdf. Then I would save the new pdf and delete my filler page. The new pdf would never show the 110 again.Maybe this work around will work for you. Top Copyright © 2013 Adobe Systems Incorporated. All rights reserved. Terms of Use Privacy Policy
