LDAP, has just been enabled using Microsoft Active Directory. Now when trying to login https://sagecity.na.sage.com/support_communities/sage_erp_x3/f/40/t/98009 to Maximo, the following error occurs: "The method cannot be called because application server security is enabled". Cause In a network deployment topology, if security is cannot be not enabled during profile creation and you decide later to enable it, you must run the syncNode command on each federated node to synchronise the nodes in the administrative console. If security was enabled during profile creation, these steps are unnecessary. Answer Run the syncnode command from the command line. Here are cannot be called the steps: 1) Stop the Node Agent service. 2) Open a command prompt and change directory to "WAS_HOME/profiles/profileName/bin/" 3) Run syncNode.bat

I got the same error when accessing Usage > Imports / exports > Imports, but I got this error after an import failed, and I tried to access the function again. Does anyone know what causes this error? This is in version 7, Patch 8. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated! In other words, when there is an issue with the classic function you will receive this error in the webserver. For the Asset function, if it happens for all users I would try revalidating screens, object, window to start, but a better approach would be if you open a support case and it would get investigated, Regards, Cancel 866-996-7243 (SAGE) google facebook youtube linkedin twitter instagram sage city © 2016 The Sage Group plc, its licensors or its affiliated companies.
