have been having this problems since I got my iphone last year. Early on the the ipod cannot be synced the required file cannot be found phone would sync after 2-3 tries but as of the last 2-3 months I have been only able to sync it 2-3 times even after ipod cannot be synced because it cannot be found trying all the solutions presented by the troubleshooting and reading forum posts that seem to have a similar or near similar problem.The first message I get after having the phone sync is "The iPhone cannot be synced. run into a strange syncing error that vaguely states "The required file cannot be found." If this has happened to you, you're not alone, and thankfully there's a fix of sorts.
