The Custom Form Cannot Be Opened Outlook 2013 Enterprise Vault
have a user with Outlook 2003 SP2 Windows XP and everytime he attempts to create an appointment error message pops up 'the form required to view this message cannot be displayed the custom form cannot be opened outlook 2007 contact your administrator' I have done a repair and then a reinstall, however error message is still there - any ideas for resolution?
