The might be caused by two reason commonly: 1. You've changed PST file somehow, please locate your pst file and re-open it via Outlook. (In Outlook, File > repair pst file outlook 2013 Open > Open Outlook data file) 2. You've got the PST file but it had been corrupted. Try to fix it through SCANPST tool.
