The might be caused by outlook.pst cannot be found 2013 two reason commonly: 1. You've changed PST file somehow, please locate your pst file and re-open it via Outlook. (In Outlook, File > Open > Open Outlook data file) 2. You've got the PST file but it had been corrupted. Try to fix it through SCANPST tool. A common error message that MS Outlook users encounter when their PST file gets corrupt is: “The file xxxx.pst could not be found.” Here, xxxx.pst is the name of the PST file that got corrupt. PST or Personal Storage Table file is Outlook data file that Outlook uses for storing all the data of a user’s mailbox on his local computer. That means the PST file is the repository of all the mailbox data of a user on his local hard drive. The above-mentioned error message shows corruption of Outlook PST file. However, this error message is also encountered sometimes when your PST file is located on a network server, which is unavailable for that point of time. Since people do not prefer saving PST on network server, the latter is very rarely seen. On the other hand, the former case (i.e. corruption of Outlook PST file) is seen largely.
