It looks something likes this. Error: Server Busy. This action cannot be completed because """ plain text is busy. Switch to or Retry. Clicking Switch to opens up start menu, and Retry takes me back to Quickbooks and it leaves a bunch of the emails in the cannot be outbox. I've tried everything on Quickbooks support page here http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com...icles/SLN40796 and I've also tried the following -reinstalled quickbooks 2012 and office 2010 -reinstalled windows 7 pro 32b, quickbooks 2012 and office 2010. -reinstalled everything on a new harddrive SSD&HDD. -replaced RAM from a PC that has QB working. -Changed BIOS to use only 2 cores on CPU. -Tried windows 7 ultimate 32b, quickbooks 2012 and office 2010. The only thing that "sort of" worked is running the program in compatibility this action cannot mode: Windows XP SP3. But even then it still happens like 7 out 10 times. After all that; troubleshooting my hardware and troubleshooting my software + firewalls. I've come to the conclusion that Quickbooks 2012 is incompatible/buggy with newer hardware systems. Can anyone else confirm if they get this buggy behaviour on a newer system? I'm running Core i5-2500, SSD, 4GB DDR3 Ram and ASUS motherboard. And does anyone have anything else I can try that seems to have helped them solve the issue...? Thank You. papina papina View Public Profile Find all posts by papina #2 03-13-2012, 01:43 AM Joe Williams Registered User Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Oklahoma Posts: 9,328 Try going to Printers and FAXes and rename the Intuit Printer. Restart the PC and it should reload it. I followed the instructions you sent and unfortunately it didn't help I was able to replicate the problem on another high spec'd computer. (i7, SSD, 4GB DDR3 RAM) I installed Quickbooks premier 2012 on it and then I had to convert their quickbooks data file to work with the newer Quickbooks 2012 and BOOM they get the error. papina View Public
