I've received this error in the past and it was due to an issue communicating the XML brokers. 1346-103239-734551 Back to top Brent Bengtson Members #4 Brent Bengtson 7 posts Posted 07 June 2008 - 03:47 PM

SSL Error 43: Proxy Denied Access Started by Alyn Peden , 12 May 2012 - 05:38 PM Login to Reply 13 replies to this topic Alyn Peden Members #1 Alyn Peden 8 posts Posted 12 May 2012 http://discussions.citrix.com/topic/307130-ssl-error-43-proxy-denied-access/ - 05:38 PM I am having issues with the above error when I attempt to launch a Citrix session via our CAG. I am using the Netscaler 7500 with integrated Web interface so I do not use the Web interface on my LAN. I have a valid SSL certificate and I have the required ports open in our firewall I just cant seem to get past this error. The STA is showing as "UP" on the Netscaler. I have contacted Citrix support regarding this issue however seem to be getting nowhere fast so though I would post for suggestions. 1357-307130-1643620 Back to top Sam Jacobs CTP Member #2 Sam Jacobs 6,670 posts Posted 13 May 2012 - 03:51 AM Have you checked the entire certificate chain (including intermediate certificates) to make sure they are linked correctly)? Join Now Hi spiceheads, I have a user that has no other affiliation to my network other than an account on my citrix server for her to log on using the Web client. When the user tries to launch the app, it appears to be launching for about .2 seconds until an error prompt appears with the following text encompassing the entire box: (See attached image) Unable to launch your application. Contact your help desk with the following information: Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server.
