I am getting a "Cannot connect to the management server: HTTP server error (response code is 503), server can be busy or management server URL is invalid."We are running PM Console 9.0 with no hotfixes. Connection properties are correct. Host name, port number, and extension path have not changed since installation. We just cannot connect to the management server. As I understand from reading the community messages, there seem to be two ways out of this dilemma: (1) uninstall PM 9.0 after backing up numerous configuration settings files and directories ( Article 15208); or upgrading to PM 10.Are there any other remedies anyone can recommend? Both of these seem to be ways to avoid fixing a problem rather than just fixing the error.Thanks. I have recently attempted to update our existing Policy Manager 10.01 server to the newer 10.10 version. But after the installation completes succesfully, the PM console on the server is unable to connect, reporting that the https://community.f-secure.com/t5/Business/PM10-10-unable-to-connect-to-Web/td-p/21696 service is unavailble for localhost.Loocking at the server status screen I can see that it is unable to connect to ports 8080, 80 and 8081 fo r the various modules.PM 10.01 has no issue here and reports the connections are green and good. The server that PM is on is also an internal web serving servicing several information screens around the school, but its service runs on other ports and has never been an issue before.I am looking for some helps\tips on figuring out why PM 10.10 is not connecting as it should. After changing the registry values, you need to restart the "F-Secure Policy Manager Server" service. On 64bit systems, the registry folder will beHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\

In this case there should be some other port used for Host module. Best Regards,JouniHas somebody helped you? Say thanks by giving kudos. Has your issue been solved? DiagnosisYou are not able to access F-Secure Web Console. Instead, the following error message is displayed: https://127.0.0.1:25023/common/main.php: The page cannot be displayed. SolutionTo resolve the issue, you should first try to access Web Console by using the name or IP address of the server (e.g. on cluster MS Exchange server). To work around the issue, you can change access to Web Console by using the configuration file as follows: Stop the FS WebUI Daemon service. Open Notepad, and drag and drop the webui file from the \program files\f-secure\web user interface\bin\ folder to Notepad. Instead of the local IP address (127.0.0.1), add, e.g. your workstation IP address to the Allowed1 field and save the file. Start the FS WebUI Daemon service again.
