number 2320 No value could be found by Nik · Published October 18, 2012 · Updated February 16, 2015 I have received the following error on my Citrix Receiver when I tried to run the published application: Error number 2320, Citrix Receiver http://www.wincert.net/mixed-tips/citrix/error-number-2320-no-value-could-be-found/ Configuration Manager: No value could be found for (AllowHotkey) that satisfies all lockdown requirements. The lockdown requirements in force may be conflicting. Citrix Receiver was normally working, so I can't tell what has caused this behaviour. I have tried to shutdown Citrix Receiver on my client machine and shutdown all other active Receiver processes, but without luck. To solve this error a small registry change needs to be done. Open registry editor from the Run citrix receiver prompt (regedit.msc) Navigate to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions In the right pane double click on the EnableLockdown key and modify value from 1 to 0 Close registry editor and try to start published application on Citrix.
