.ica file. Also interestingly the Citrix Quick Launch tool does also not launch published applications. Using XenApp 6.5 HRP1.Using web interface on the same machine does work. Also when I use receiver older than 4.0 or online plugin no problems.Only a direct server desktop works, published desktop or applications do not work.The error is: "Unable to launch your application. Contact your help desk with the following information: Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. Protocol Driver error” External connections through the NetScaler fail with a "protocol driver error" while internal connections to the same XenApp server are still successful. Error 3 “Please verify your user name and password and try logging https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX128115 on again. If you cannot logon, contact your help desk.” Event logs on Web interface might display: “An error occurred while attempting to connect to the server
instructions. To check/change the current client, click on the Advanced Options link on the login screen. Under "Remote client type", the Native client should be currently selected.
