laptop both running on windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010. Both my e mails is set exactly the same in every respect, pop3, smtp, everything. This worked well up to a point, my desktop sync and send mail but my laptop gives me error 1006. Some say I must uninstall NOD, other says delete account on mail and start again. Have done both but problem exists. It was actually quite simple, create a new data file in Outlook, mark it as default, change the file name of your original outlook to outlook2 or any other name, do this before you create another data file as it will also be called outlook then start. Now attach the changed outlook2 file in outlook. In the main program copy all files to the newly created outlook then delete the empty outlook2 file - your done. Previous Versions - Setup, Deployment, Updates, and Migration Question 0 Sign in to vote Although OWA, Outlook,Outlook Anywhere and Auto-Discover all function, I STILL see these errors (1006 and 1013, see below) when I run the Test-OutlookWebServices cmdlet. After installing Exchange http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/234453-POP3-Error-1006 2007 SP2 I thought the problem might be corrected. What do I need to do to get rid of Errors 1006 and 1013? Or... can I simply continue to ignore them?
