Since the initial clean, each time it finds the following: I select remove & laptop restarts, only to have the same results over and over again. The only symptom I am noticing is the internet pages load slowly. I'm experiencing dcom got error a problem with my laptop. It suddenly shutdown while I was using it. Then when I turned it on, the boot-up was only up to the "Starting Windows" (Win 7) and the screen just goes blank (login screen doesn't show). Here are the log files.
