To do this, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, point to Programs, http://www.edugeek.net/forums/windows-server-2000-2003/47752-dcom-error.html point to Administrative Tools, and then click Computer Management. 2. Under System Tools, click Local Users and Groups, and then click Users. 3. Right-click IUSR_ComputerName, and then click Set Password. 4. Click Proceed. dcom got 5. If so, is it configured to run as administrator and have you recently changed the admin password? If this is the case then you can either change the password used in the Sophos app to match the new password or (much better!) set the service to run with a completely separate account.
