In that list should be your favourite text editor or at the very least "notepad". If the notepad tells you it doesn't have permission to edit the file, Go to "Start" Menu, Then "All Programs", Then "Accessories", Then right click on "notepad" and click on "Run as Administrator", then drag and drop the host file onto notepad. Step. 4 Go to "Control Panel" click on "Network and Sharing Center" Then Click ON "Change Adapter Settings" then click on the network adapter named "Tunngle" then press "alt" and click on "Advanced" then "Advanced Settings" make sure your on the "Adapters and Bindings" tab and make sure that "Tunngle" is at the top of the list using the up down arrows with "Tunngle" highlighted.
