The bandwidth manager installation package consists of two components. The first is a system service (also known as server). It should be installed on a computer which you want to control. The second is just a GUI (also known as client). You should install the bandwidth manager service on the client PC(s) and the GUI on your own PC. I want to be able to control the bandwith without on another pc withou installing anything or configuring anything on the other pc where the bandwith is been controlled. I could simply change registry settings on the other pc to control bandwith without even installing anything on any pc, therefor, there would no purpose for this application or any other.
