Listed below are some steps to discern what could be causing this error and how to fix it. Steps to resolve / things to check with regard to this issue: 1. Was on the air about 12 hours yesterday with no problems. This morning when starting SAM I get "Connection to database failed!". Popup http://edn.embarcadero.com/article/25285 shows "Unable to connect or query database. Make sure the database server is running and configured properly." Options to Abort or Retry with same results. SAM will not open. The Firebird Log shows "INET/inet_error: connect errno = 10061". In my Stream Hosting Account I have restarted the server. No help there. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance.
