I am running Vista Business and I have all of my firewall, privacy, security and cookies at the recomended settings. But I still can not connect to my 1&1 server to get my content uploaded. I talked to a tech with 1&1 and from what I could understand, his English was not very good, I needed to contact the support team for the FTP client I was using, that's you. I searched through the first couple of pages in the forum but I could not find anyone with the same problem. I would really appreciate some help! Thanks in advance. (See "Help" -> "About") What address have you entered at "Server address" or "Host name"? Are you sure your firewall is not blocking the program in any way? ____________________ Best regards Mirko - AceBIT - Support Top rgljr69 Rookie Posts: 3 Joined: June 10th, 2007, 12:41 am Quote Postby rgljr69 » June 11th, 2007, 7:13 pm Hi Mirko, thanks for responding. I downloaded version 3.0, 3.0.0.7 from 1&1's control panel just last week. The address is the one they, (1&1), have told me to use. That is; s202038785.onlinehome.us As for the firewall, I have Symantec's Norton installed but it is not activated. I am, however, using Vista's built in firewall and it shows that Wise-FTP is allowed access. Other than that, I don't know any other way to be sure it's not being blocked. Thanks again for your help.
