Here's what's going on:Fast User Switching Compatibility service won't start because it depends on the Terminal Services service. The terminal service will not start either. I am suspecting that these errors are also what is halting the explorer. I looked in the Windows\system32 folder and found the rasmans.dll in that folder. So I wondered if the dll was corrupt. I went to my desktop (both run XPsp3), copied the rasmans.dll, and transferred to the laptop. When I tried to copy the rasmans.dl
