'DataServers and ODBC' started by mduncan, Mar 29, 2001. mduncan New Member Hello, I am new to the Progress world. I am trying to set up a DSN for a Merant 3.5 Progress driver for use with Informatica PowerMart. I keep running into the error "specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 126" when I test connect the DSN. I know this is related to the driver having some trouble with the Progress client install or environment variables but I am having a tough time figuring out what is missing or incorrect. I am able to connect to our source Progress database via the Progress Procedure Edit tool. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Matt. mduncan, Mar 29, 2001 #1 Ads Master Andrew Price New Member Merant I have heard of problems with Merant when tables have names such as Key_customer or xxxx_xxxx . The ODBC drivers from openlink do not suffer this problem though so you could download that from www.innov-8.de/odbc2.htm Andrew Price, Mar 30, 2001 #2 (You must log in or sign up to reply here.)
