Unplug your iPod from the computer. https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/68985/Error+1437 Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs and find iTunes on that list. Remove it. Reboot your computer. If you can download iTunes from the Apple website or if you have, install it from CD. Plug your iPod in and see what it does. Worst case scenario is that you lose your library. Make sure you copied your music and other files to a different directory. Good luck and let us know if this helped. Was this answer helpful?
