Reports: • One global known issue we’re still addressing is that reports contain both the good and reversal transactions. If you need historical files for July recreated, please send hantle 1700w troubleshooting a request to 1stISOCoordinators@1stISO.com ChungHo Comnet and Xtremo ATM Communication Settings Symptom: ATM will not process transactions with 1st ISO and displays communication error on the screen. Possible Cause: The Processor setting is not set correctly tranax 1700 error codes in the ATM configuration. The processor must be set to 9 (Genpass). Resolution: 1. Print a setup report from the ATM or record the Host Phone Numbers currently programmed into the ATM. 2. Change the processor selection on the ATM to 9 (Genpass). This setting is listed under **Position Info > Switching Company in the setup report. This will also change the Host Phone Numbers. 3. Change the Host Phone Numbers back to

the original phone numbers from the setup report. Alternatively, if the ATM is communicating via dial-up on a phone line into the wall, the Host Phone Numbers can be changed to the following: Primary Host Phone Number: 1-877-477-4566 Secondary Host Phone Number: 1-800-817-1828 4. Exit out of the setup menu and the ATM will reboot. The ATM should now process transactions normally with 1st ISO. ATM Syslog Definitions and Troubleshooting Routing error, data discarded Emulation on ATM does not match emulation in Webmon/Morphis. Standard 1 (cashsource) or Standard 3 (triton) – change emulation in Morphis to match emulation on ATM (35 min lag time) Terminal not loaded, message dropped Terminal is not active or not loaded in Webmon – possibly deactivate, then activate terminal in Morphis (35 min lag time). Main issue is the terminal is not loaded into Webmon, so it needs to get in there somehow. Sanity Error 1. Cryptogram is not loaded in Webmon (will show all 1’s and 2’s for crypto if not loaded) – have crypto loaded or enter new DES KEYS at ATM and bind 2. DES KEYS are not bound – bind keys 3. DES KEYS are not entered correctly on ATM – reenter DES KEYS at ATM Terminal Disconnect Communication was severed or not completed between ATM and switch
