If I check the logs I can see error #752 which I think is related to SMTP. I am able to ping the mail server from the various copiers. Has anybody else managed to configure these or similar models to scan to email. What we did was create an unauthenticated relay on the exchange server, which was locked down by IP addresses allowed to send across it. This means the printers just throw smtp traffic at the exchange server and it accepts all it's given. Might be a solution?
