Happens with or without any drives (Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB) connected. Did you get any more info on this or is this simply a DOA. Thanks Well Today I plugged in a ps2 keybard. Pressing F2 to get to the setup utility gets you past the A3 (IDE enable) but now gets stuck at A6 (SCSI detect). Again this happens with or without a drive attached (to either sataII or sataIII port). Last edited by dorianny; 05-15-2011 at 02:44 AM. (typed this for like the 10th time in a few days). i7-2600K ASUS GTX560Ti Cu II Top ADATA Gaming Kit @ 1600 4GB X 2 Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB error codes + Seagate Barracuda Green 2TB Cooler Master 650W 80+ Bronze I installed the Caviar Blue first, as I plan on installing Windows 7 Ultimate on it. And after installing the Caviar Blue, I bought another HDD (to store my own stuff). The computer functioned properly when it had only 1 HDD. But for some reason, the computer started to malfunction when I installed the second one. Malfunction = cannot boot (can't even go into BIOS). My mobo shows error code A3, and after debug card error corresponding to my mobo instruction manual, it should mean "IDE Enable". Anyone know what it means? I've tried all combinations of taking out the HDDs (taking out the first one, taking out the second one, and even taking out both), but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks~ Reply Reply With Quote July 25th, 2011,03:49 PM #2 wossamotta View Profile View Forum Posts View Blog Entries Junior Member Join Date Jul 2011 Posts 1 Have you had any luck with this?
