It always eventually gets to the point where it fails 5 times in a row and goes into a one hour lockdown mode. I get an error code E270 which error codes says I've exceeded the maximum number of retries to Light and no flame current was sensed. I checked the flame signal current using the motherboard diagnostics and it shows a strong signal 14 to 18 uA. The manual says it should be above 2.6uA and it never drops out once the flame is established. The hot surface ignitor has the correct voltage on it and the resistance is 50 ohms. Manual says lennox furnace error it should be between 30 and 70 ohms. I can always see it glowing when it tries to light. The gas valve always has 24 VAC on it when trying to open even when it fails to light. I always hear the soloniod click. I think I've narrowed it down to a gas valve or gas pressure - blockage issue or a combustion inducer motor problem. The contractor did say my line and manifold gas pressures were good however. The inducer motor was recently replaced and it was shortly after that, that I first started noticing this problem. Still, I'm not 100% sure it wasn't there before this though. I was thinking that each furnace model has it's own size of inducer motor and perhaps the contractor installed the incorrect one. Would this affect the airflow over the burners and maybe also the ability to light off reliabily. Another odd thing is that the problem seems to get worse and worse on successive relights. Any ideas or suggestions on what to do next as my contractor has kind of left me hanging? Cozy.Support 5939 Posts Posted-12/17/2013: 9:30:09 PM Have you cleaned the flame sensor? We know you are reporting that the flame current is very high, but that is the part that does
