It sounds as though you may have a bad or scratched CD. Please follow these steps to contact customer support by phone and they can either replace the CD or give you access to download it. To get a telephone number, go to https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/#/ In the "Ask Your Question . . . " box, ask your question (such as "My CD is scratched, how can I get my product?")
