system error occurs more than once, the user should ensure that the most recent firmware is installed in the CPU and all of the remote slaves. Also, the user should verify that the project was created using the most recent programming software. In most cases, this will resolve the issue. If the problem persists, then the user is asked to report the problem to AutomationDirect's Technical Support Team. Normally, AutomationDirect will be able to suggest a work around to allow the user to continue working while the problem is investigated and resolved. When contacting technical support about this issue, please supply as many of the following http://www.dell.com/support/manuals/us/en/19/poweredge-fx2/Servers_TSG/PSAePSA-Diagnostics-error-codes?guid=GUID-9AFEED67-A47C-4AFD-83D8-04301EBF3523&lang=en-us items as possible: Firmware and Programming Software versions Both Critical and Non-Critical error logs The CPU Event log Your project file or a detailed description of the system configuration A capture of Ethernet traffic at the time of the error A description of what was happening at the time the error occurred, e.g., module hot-swap, USB cable inserted, etc. If known, please supply the steps necessary to reproduce the error System Errors in the non-critical error http://www.aboutplcs.com/p3000/software/help/223.htm log indicate internal firmware problems or environmental issues that, in most cases, should resolve themselves and allow the system to continue normal operation. However, some of the errors may require user action as listed below: Error Code Cause Error Action Solution E01005 The CPU has unexpectedly restarted. The most common cause of this error is due to a power fluctuation (power spike, brown out, noise). It can also occur due to a soft-reset caused by a hardware watchdog timeout. Critical Power cycle the system and/or toggle the run/stop switch to stop then back to run. If error occurs again, double check the power feeding the CPU. E01600 File System Error Non-critical Retry the operation. If error occurs again, transfer the project to the CPU using the most recent programming software. If problem persists, restart the CPU. E01602-E01611 File System Error Non-critical Retry the operation. If error occurs again, transfer the project to the CPU using the most recent programming software. If problem persists, restart the CPU. E01613-E01616 File System Error Non-critical Retry the operation. If error occurs again, transfer the project to the CPU using the most recent programming software. If problem persists, restart the CPU. E01617 Null Pointer Critical Project file may be corrupted. Reload the project to the CPU using programming software. E01643 Project or file transfer failed Non-critical Retry the operation. It may be necessary
