You have officially been http://panasonic.net/pcc/support/printer/trouble_shooting/p8420trouble.html 'knighted.' by jay111280 on Aug 23, 2005 at 10:14am Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 i have just unpacked a new KX-P4410 laser printer. i have used a 220 to 110 converter. i was told at the store this would work. i am receiving an E31 error which apparently has to do with the lamp temp.is this because of the converter i don't see how i could need a new lamp as the printer is http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/posts/17082 brand new just opened.also i am wondering if i can use an extension 220 cord if the converter is the problem.thank you by SOULARAUDIO on Oct 12, 2007 at 3:22pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 Once again, I am thoroughly confused. It is 2007 and they haven't made a 4410 in about 14 years! How did you get a new one? Second point of confusion is about the converter. The printer draws about 10 amps when warming up. That would take a pretty big converter. I'm wondering if you actually might have fried the power supply in the printer or there just weren't enough amps to run the thing and get the lamp hot enough in the alloted time. I'm not even going to ask about the extension 220V cord. I don't even want to know. I think your issue is the store you bought it from. I don't think those people have a clue. It's doubtful it would have worked in any case. 14 year old toner, 14 year old drum unit. Dubious at best. Take the whole shebang back and get your money back. Spend it on a more modern printer. by moe on Oct 12, 2007 at 4:19pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 Can you tell me what printer error #35 means and how I can repair
