Hello, We have problem on our servers with Nginxcp addon version v4.3 cPanel version is 11.37.0 (build 5). When some of our clients try to add subdomain or remove it, they got these errors: when adding: Ran adminbin Cpanel/hooks/subdomainaddsubdomain when deleting: Ran adminbin Cpanel/hooks/subdomaindelsubdomain We checked out these files via VI: /usr/local/cpanel/hooks/subdomain/addsubdomain /usr/local/cpanel/hooks/subdomain/delsubdomain We seen this into this files: #!/usr/bin/env python # Nginx Admin Installer # Website: http://www.nginxcp.com # # Copyright © NGINXCP.COM. # And that is the reason we posted this thread here and not in cPanel forum, issue is with nginxcp, thanks for help We just checked, there is no problems with addon domains. Domains GoDaddy Subdomain Strikingly Developer September 03, 2016 19:12 Subdomains allow you add a Strikingly site while keeping your current site and domain -- by using subdomain.yourdomain.com! This guide walks you through the process of hooking up your GoDaddy subdomain to your Strikingly site. You can send this link to your domain registrar support if you need help or if you'd like us to connect your domain for you, send us the info here! Step 1: Hook Up your subdomain to you Strikingly site: Inside the Strikingly editor, go to Settings > Domains and specify the subdomain you'd like to use error from for your site, such as "info.yourdomain.com". Then click "Update." Notes: Make sure to type your subdomain in lowercase to avoid the "Page not found" error when accessing your site. Once you click on "Update", please select "Godaddy" from the drop-down menu (select "Other" if your domain registrar is not on the list). The settings required would show "Pending" in red since they have not been set up just yet. Step 2: Set error from hooks up Your Subdomain 1. Login to your GoDaddy account then click on the "Manage" button inline with "Domains" 2. On the domain page, select the domain that you want to want to create a subdomain for. 3. Go the "DNS Zone File" tab and click on "Add Record". 4. Select "CNAME" from the drop-down menu and set up the following: Host: yoursubdomain (you could add anything you prefer such as info, about, etc.)Points to: dns.strikingly.comTTL: choose any value (1 hour recommended) Don't forget to hit "Finish" when you're done!5. On the "DNS ZONE FILE" page, click "Save Changes" to save your new settings. 6. That's it and you're done adding a subdomain! Note: It takes up to a few hours before your new settings kick in (DNS requires some time to propagate). Check back after a few hours and see if your site is up! Be sure to clear your browser cache when you check to see if the domain is working.
