JDEV and SOASUITE are on same machine and i have tried other possibilities referred on forum ,like adding IP line with 0.0.0.0 and checking the HTTP proxy server box from tool--> preferences--> webbrowser and proxy details. Still i get this following error. No OC4J Process is up for AS instance identified by domain:opmn-home+oc4j-localhost-6003-default. java.lang.RuntimeException: No OC4J process up for AS instance identified by domain: opmn-home+oc4j-localhost-6003-default at oracle.oc4j.admin.jmx.shared.Oc4jOpmnRmiDomain.getPort(Oc4jOpmnRmiDomain.java:344) at oracle.oc4j.admin.jmx.shared.Oc4jRmiDomain.getRmiPort(Oc4jRmiDomain.java:119) at oracle.oc4j.admin.jmx.client.CoreRemoteMBeanServer.fetchMBeanServerEjbRemote(CoreRemoteMBeanServer.java:433) at oracle.oc4j.admin.jmx.client.CoreRemoteMBeanServer.
Manager server connection inJDEV? Posted on July 2, 2010 by Udaya Are you facing the following error - "Error getting OC4J Process for: opmn-home+oc4j-localhost-6003-default: Error connecting to OPMN (is it running?): Connection refused: connect". Just read below for the solution If you have installed Oracle BPEL Process Manager alone instead of Oracle Application Server or Oracle SOA suite, no need to worry about the Aplication Server Connection. we can directly deploy the BPEL process into BPEL server. In my case I have installed Oracle BPEL Process Manager 10.1.3.1.0 and used Oracle Jdeveloper 10.1.3.4 to develop BPEL https://community.oracle.com/thread/681384 projects. I have started my BPEL server and able to view BPEL console and Application server Console (Enterprise Manager) screens. I tried creating Application server connection, but it failed saying as - "Error getting OC4J Process for: opmn-home+oc4j-localhost-6003-default: Error connecting to OPMN (is it running?): Connection refused: connect" I tried creating Integration server connection using the failed Aplication server connection, it showed as - Application Server: FAILED BPEL Process Manager https://udayarocks.wordpress.com/2010/07/02/how-to-create-bpel-process-manager-server-connection-in-jdev/ Server: OK ESB Server: FAILED Now I have created a BPEL project in Jdev and deployed to Integration Server. For my surprise this went fine and the deployment is Successful. I'm able to see the instance in my BPEL console and able to execute this BPEL project from the BPEL console. But later I analyzed and found that the Oracle BPEL Process Manager 10.1.3.1.0 will have one Standalone OC4J server, which has only one default OC4J container. So when we deployed the BPEL project even without Application server connection, it uses the Standalone OC4J container to deploy the projects. So here whether we create a Application Server connection or not does not matter untill you have the Standalone OC4J container along with the Oracle BPEL Process Manager 10.1.3.1.0. please let me know if anyone need more clarifications. Thanks, Udaya Like this:Like Loading... Related This entry was posted in BPEL and tagged BPEL, Connection, Jdev, Manager, Process, Server.
