Advertisement Sandlizard Thread Starter Joined: Mar 2, 2011 Messages: 2 After installing software for a Lexmark 3 in 1 printer I get the following notice every time I start the computer: C:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers\x64\3\LXCGtime.DLL Missing entry:[emailprotected] This doesn't seem to affect the operation of the computer but is annoying to have to click OK for it everytime on startup. Does anyone know what to do about it? Sandlizard, Mar 2, 2011 #1 tkwincru Joined: Feb 8, 2011 Messages: 79 It appears that Windows is trying to run a specific command and cannot find the file in http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/error-message-received-regarding-lxcgtimedll/454e76a1-45c1-4784-adc7-16ecfa3f49ae question. I would suggest removing the printer and software from the PC. Go to the Lexmark support page and find the latest software they have available and reinstall the latest. If you have the latest the second option would be to see if the installer also has a repair feature. They typically will solve any issue you have with the programs they run. Good Luck! and let me know if you need further assistance. tkwincru, Mar 2, 2011 #2 Sandlizard Thread Starter Joined: Mar https://forums.techguy.org/threads/solved-missing-dll-entry.983712/ 2, 2011 Messages: 2 Thank you. I must be getting old to not think of such a simple solution. It worked. I do appreciate the assist. Gary Sandlizard, Mar 2, 2011 #3 This thread has been Locked and is not open to further replies.
