Switch to the startup tab and locate this file in there. You'll also want to run a virus/spyware scan since this sounds like a bad file. You will need to refer to the below running what you error loading did not before, and then once completed, run MGTools.exe again and attach the zip file it creates along with the other requested logs. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work.
