I've run Malwarebytes, Advanced System error loading c Care, and Avast on it, when I started getting this message (see topic title) on startup after Windows XP FINALLY updated to the most recent service pack. I turned to Google for answers and I've tried everything suggested, but nothing's working. I even went into Safe Mode and ran a full scan, and nothing popped up after an almost 2 hour scan.
