I've run Malwarebytes, Advanced System Care, and Avast on it, when I started getting this message (see topic title) on startup after Windows XP FINALLY updated to the most recent service pack. I turned to Google for answers and I've error loading c tried everything suggested, but nothing's working. I even went into Safe Mode and ran a full scan, and nothing popped up after an almost 2 hour scan. Anyone got any ideas for me?
