The person gets an error box of RunDLL There was problem starting C:\Windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl The operating system cannot run %1. Another thing that happens is the download box appears. So she gets that error and the download box when the user try's to open up internet explorer. I was able to transfer Firefox to her computer. And she is able to use Firefox just fine. I also tried searching inetcpl.cpl and the search box of the http://www.computing.net/answers/windows-xp/error-loading-cwindowssystem32inetcplcpl/193000.html computer. And nothing will open. I searched inetcpl.cpl and it opens up fine on my computer. But i am a admin on my computer. That user is a slandered user on that computer. The person that is having issues is using Windows 7 Internet explorer 11 I believe. But i know it's at least internet explorer 10.
