Error Loading C Windowsdownloaded Program Filesbridge.dll Adware

I get error message on start up. bridge.dll missing when i start my computer. I have looked at other post and dloaded hijackthis software latest version and am now scratching my head please can any help. I used Adware 6.0 and Spybot - Search & Destroy.
