The format had changed and I needed to replace them with the new format. Could this be the problem you are having? Compare the firmware version on both phones to see if they are different. Login and view threadBack to Topic ThreadsBack to All Topics David Girardin [AETNA] Upgrading 1692 polycom? February 15, 2010 11:21 AM I am not able to upgrade a 1692 polycom to the 1.0 load. It gets stuck looking for a 004f2e43b97.cfg file not found. The MAC address of the phone. It downloaded the 1692upgrade.txt then the 46xxsettings.txt file. Then gets stuck here. Using a HTTP server. John Walshaw [Kaman Corporation] Upgrading 1692 polycom? February 15, 2010 03:17 PM (in response to David Girardin) I received a 1692 today and am working with it in the lab... I have yet to get the 1692 to read files from the our very functional http server (we have many 96xx phones in production using it today). I noticed that FileSv Type supports values of: FTP=0 David Girardin [AETNA] Upgrading 1692 polycom? February 16, 2010 07:58 AM (in response to David Girardin) Ture, sorry I did manually end up setting mine to HTTP=2. John Walshaw [Kaman Corporation] Upgrading 1692 polycom? February 16, 2010 08:14 AM (in response to David Girardin) In my case 1692 is booting and after waiting at "Updating initial conf
