I get the same issue on Safari, Firefox and Chrome but to keep things simple I've just installed Chrome to help diagnose the issue. So the details: Plex on OSX 10.10.3 Version 0.9.12.0.1071-7b11cfc New install of Chrome Version 42.0.2311.152 (64-bit) (no extentions or anything added...brand new install) Example video file is Media Video Resolution SD Duration 44:13 Bitrate 1031 kbps Width 720 Height 404 Aspect Ratio 1.78 Container FLV Video Frame Rate 24p Video Codec H264 Bitrate 935 kbps Bit Depth 8 CABAC 0 Chroma Subsampling 4:2:0 Color Space yuv Duration 44:12 Frame Rate 23.976 fps Frame Rate Mode cfr Has Scaling Matrix 0 Height 404 Level 3.0 Profile baseline Ref Frames 1 Scan Type progressive Width 720 Audio Codec AAC Channels Stereo Bitrate 63 kbps Audio Channel Layout stereo Duration 44:13 Profile lc Sampling Rate 48000 Hz I've tried turning off the Experimental Player (no effect). VLC and my Samsung TV (via Plex) plays the file without a problem so I know the file is ok. Any ideas?
