The installer run fine after I did: export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.9 Before that I tried using export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.21 but it did not worked at all. In the end of the installer the Net configuration errored out and after that I was unable to run netca to configure it. I'm getting the error bellow and tried everything what I could find on Metalink for this error but nothing helps.(Note:163343.1 and Note:165921.1, Note:274670.1) I need only Oracle client on this machine - what can I do? gcc version 3.3.3 , GNU Make 3.80. Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: jniGetOracleHome at oracle.net.common.NetGetEnv.jniGetOracleHome(Native Method) at oracle.net.common.NetGetEnv.getOracleHome(NetGetEnv.java) at oracle.net.ca.CmdlineArgs.setOraArgs(CmdlineArgs.java) at oracle.net.ca.NetCA.

I'm receiving a Java error during the installation of Oracle 9i, at the installation of Oracle Net Configurarion Assistant (after the linking process). The error is: Error loading native library: libnjni9.so Java.lang.Unsatisfied LinkError: jniGetOracleHome It's very confuse for me to determine the cause of the error. I installed java and its patch in the path /usr/java131. Any help will be very appreciated.
