Therefore, I suggest if you never want to see this problem to do a search on this file and delete it from your Startup folder (as SheharyaarSaahil) suggested and also from every location is found. Furthermore, you can run the Regedit and delete any entries that you find with this file (becareful with using the Regedit!!!) By the way what type of video card do you have in the new machine? If it's NVdia then you might need this file; however, if it's ATI or other then you will be fine.
