Take that URL, and try to visit the URL in a Firefox Private Browsing window error loading image resource sprite kit and Chrome Incognito window (so your previous cache doesn't affect it). If you see the same problem at just the video, then the problem is with the video itself, and I recommend trying to re-export it from the source. If viewing the video directly from the re-exported version still doesn't work, http://www.mirovideoconverter.com/ is a great way to quickly generate an MP4 file that most browsers can play. Simply drag the original file into the app, and choose Format -> Video -> MP4. EBurden @eburden 4 months ago I ran into the same problem. I had converted my "AVI" file to mp4 and got this error. After reading the above, I tried going to the "miro" link but it is no more or broken, so I re-converted my file using Handbrake. Did the trick. Uploaded the resulting mp4 file to WordPress and it worked! Thanks for getting me thinking in the right direction for a solution. Moderator James Huff @macmanx 4 months ago That is a shame about Miro, thanks for letting me know. Handbrake is a good alternative, and I'm glad to see they finally offer Windows and Linux builds too, it used to be Mac-only. 🙂 rclarke7717 @rclarke7717 2 months, 2 weeks ago I get this too when embedding a video using Chrome but using Edge it s

I have a remote sever running Version http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4390134/failed-to-load-resource-under-chrome 0.9.12.18 on a very fast Mac Mini that has no problem serving content to other players. When I launch the app and log in to my primary user I get the following; Resource error loading Loader Error. There was an error attempting to load a resource. I get this on every screen I navigate to. I've tried all the steps including uninstalling, re-installing, and a server reboot and app reboot. I have a 150mbps connection to my remote server and speed tests on the mini show I am getting a full 90mbps. Should be plenty for simply browsing my moderately sized error loading resource library. As a quick test to see if that's your problem, start Chrome in incognito mode with extensions disabled (ctrl+shift+n) and see if your page works now. Note that by default all extensions will be already disabled in incognito mode unless you've specifically set them to run (via chrome://extensions). share|improve this answer edited Jan 4 '15 at
