To be fair, I am not sure after which Avada or Yoast SEO update the error occurred. I just noticed it today. I have looked over the forum and found a similar problem but not the same one. http://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic/seo-by-yoast-avada-404-sitemap-error/#post-45325 I am not getting a 404 error, I am getting: Error loading stylesheet: A network error occurred loading an XSLT stylesheet:http://www.loudouncenterforplasticsurgery.com/main-sitemap.xsl I have FTP'd the yoast, and added the Google XML via FTP. The Google …/sitemap.xml creates the sitemap. But the Yoast will not create any of the sitemaps, sitemap_index, page, posts…etc. I have enabled and disabled the Google plugin and done the same with Yoast but still no change. Same error. Now there is a difference in the name of the page, Google names the sitemap page, http://www.loudouncenterforplasticsurgery.com/sitemap.xml and Yoast SEO creates a main page and the various individual sitemaps indexed on the main sitemap page named: http://www.loudouncenterforplasticsurgery.com/sitemap_index.xml It does not matter if Google is on or off, the sitemap_index page of Yoast creates the same error above. It also does not matter if W3TC is on or off, same errors. When Yoast is off and I try to load the /sitemap_index.xml page
